Joe Biden Slips, Calls Kamala “President Harris” During Commencement Address (VIDEO)
Joe Biden on Friday gave a commencement address at South Carolina State University in Orangeburg.
79-year-old Biden slipped and called Kamala “President Harris” during his address.

“President Harris is a proud Howard alumna, she might have something to say…” Biden said to the graduates.
This isn’t the first time Joe Biden has referred to Kamala as the president.

Biden also told the graduates that he “desegregated restaurants and movie theaters” during the Civil Rights movement and repeated the “very fine people” hoax.
